9. Release Rules
- Keep the canonical release set in
publication/and the technical paper corpus inpapers/. - Do not duplicate the same artifact into multiple publication homes.
- Keep private addenda out of public bundles unless explicitly approved.
- Redact secrets, credentials, and unnecessary local paths before export.
- Treat the publication set as a living index: update this file when a paper graduates into or out of the canonical release set.
